- A deposit of 20% plus a
security deposit of £50 is required when booking, the
balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to your
holiday.
- No booking confirmed until
the deposit has been received.
- The security deposit will be
posted back to you in full, at the end of your holiday, if
no damage is incurred.
- No pets
allowed.
- Accommodation may be occupied
from 4.00p.m. on the date of arrival, and must be vacated by
10.00a.m. on your last day
- PARKING ONE CAR PER APARTMENT
